Thugs. Review on ICICI Bank

Thugs! Robbed me of almost 3.5K. Last months one transaction showed a debit from my ICICI savings account to ICICI Prulife. When I inquired about it to the customer service, they had no clue about that transaction since it was an ECS payment. When I told them I haven't authorized any ECS transaction, they suggested I approach ICICI Prulife to get the details.

The call center people are the worst I have found out yet. Rude, harsh & totally annoying. When I call them up, their system was under maintenance, hence was asked to call one hour later. And it takes atleast 15-20 mins to get connected to their phone banking. And finally when I got to them on phone banking, the dumbo girl at the other end just couldnt understand my problem and was trying to pin the problem at my end.

I have sent 3 mails to the Account Manager from the infinity account regarding this particular concern in last 15 days. Not one mail has been replied yet.

When I went to ICICI Prulife with the bank monthly statement, they too dint have any clue about the transaction, since the only details available for the ECS transaction is an transaction ID and an ICICI policy number was not available to dig up the details from their end. Only their headquarters based in Mumbai has the ability to dig up the details from an transaction ID. so as per their request I wrote a mail addressing my concern to the bank manager, so that they try to get the details from Mumbai. Its been more than a week with out any news from their end.

Lastly yesterday I have addressed my concern to their greviances dept. Hope they atleast respond to my communication.

They call themselves people to bank on... huh! bloody s*ckers.
