I think ICICI bank is one of the largest commercial banks in india, with internationl banking services. The bank has bought ATM centres to each and every important nukkad in all the major n minor cities.
Well, I think it has helped me a lot in saving my precious time. I didnt visit any ICICI branch since last 2 years (since I opened an account). And regarding infinity its good not entirely bad. Currently you can transfer money to ur own accounts (in real time), transfer to other branches in all major cities and in real-time. And voila you can use any service from phone-banking, mobile-banking, internet banking and whatsoever.
And finally we experience small problems with each of the banks. I think that teething problems will be there with most of the banks. You cant say that this particular bank is good at everything. Sometimes they may be good at service, but bad at PR or likewise.
Keeping in mind the above things dont say that ICICI is a waste.
