ICICI is one of the best bank I have ever come across, May b it must b having some internal problems. The best part about bank is ATM’s are all over. They are open 8am to 8 pm which is as it is exceptional. Their phone banking is always there to help us at middle of night also at times. There is additional pin code required as many others. They do have hidden charges but that is something every bank has so I don’t think so we can complaint regarding this. Their service is very prompt I have personally experienced this. The processing time is less as compared to its competitive banks especially HDFC Bank which is the worst bank I have ever come across.
ICICI pays me interest also very well on time. They pamper me by sending me gift coupons very often. Everyone wants to be pampered & they are pamperng me. SO according to me ICICI is one of those banks which looks upto their customers very well, goes according to the trends also.
