One of the most trusted banks in India if we ever heard that is called ICICI. The reputation of ICICI bank is phenomenal, they provide awesome services on Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Demat Offers etc. They provide best Phone banking service, there is no hassle in phone banking server and design is quite impressive. The ATM service is 24/7, I will give 4/5 ratings for this. The internet banking service is okay, it could be more better and I would suggest them to come with good interface. The customer service is very quick, trusted and attentive, they solve any issues within 24 hours and also they are user friendly.
