I have saving account in icici bank from 2007 then opening amount was a 5000 rs now is minimum balance is 10000 rs. The charges of services was somewhat ok now its becoming a headache and the worst services are there sms service they charge you for sms service like every month but they dont inform you about amount below 5000 rs is credited or debited is 5000 rs are not worth enough for them.
If I am paying for the services I have right to know about every penny I have save in the bank. I have mailed them for many time but still I got computer generated reply. Icici bank sucks not recommended
