ICICI Bank is the largest private bank right now in India and it came up with smarter digital ideas and views by introducing lot of apps that can be operated with the help of smartphone and can do transactions in a digital manner.
But in all the ways, even for small reasons also they are deducting money from the account.
It is not even a small amount of money they are deducting. I almost lost 2500 approximately in this month without any transactions because of their unnecessary deductions.
They just stated in my online statement that the money was deducted for certain reasons like app usage, for not doing operation of net banking this month, for phone banking etc I found ridiculous for charging prices for such small reasons,
If it happens all the time, the money will automatically deducted without any usage or by not using it for our purpose.
Though it is the best private sector bank yet, I think it is only for people who have lot of money in their pockets but not for a middle class person.
