ICICI is very renowned private bank having so many branches across the India, Just 3 months before I have connected through ICICI bank and opened my saving account and it was really humble experience for me as bank employees are so well behaved and do best in terms of customer complain and services.
While opening an account I got everything like passbook, ATM card and login credential for online banking. Now I can easily go for fund transfer myself no need to go for fund deposited. Truly services of ICICI bank are superb fast even customer support works round clock. Going to online shopping and make payment is so easy and secure with ICICI bank debit card as well as credit card and their time to time alerts through messaging and mails makes you vigilant all the time so there is no need to worry about anything.
Both online and offline banking is perfectly nice and I love banking with ICICI.
