I have a very pleasant experience at ICICI BANK 's sector 55 branch in Sun city Gurgaon. I wanted to get demand draft made and I was hard pressed for time as it was 9 O CLOCK in the morning and after finishing task had to travel to office , 10 kms away in Sector 32.
When I reached there were already 5-6 customers there and house keeping persons were still at work. I was quite apprehensive and called up my office and informed that I would reach late . I filled up the request form and waited for my turn as customers who had come before me were already in que . Suddenly one official came to me and asked about my business .
When I told abount my need he immediatelytook request form from me and moved to a desk , punched some entries ina computer and shouted to a collegue to print the Demand draft . He personally took it to another officer , got it signed and handed over to me . The whole process would not have taken no more than 3 Minuites . I was really impressed with such fast service rendered by representative who later identified himself as Vipul ..
