They are doing a good job. Review on ICICI Bank

I am an icici bank credit card holder. I had accumulated a large chunk of reward points. so I thought why not redeem them. I went online and filled their form and awaited their response. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that the reward reached my residence within a week. that was amazing and I didnt face any hassle from them. again another time they had debited some interest to my account due to a delayed payment I mae.

I politely wrote them a letter explaining the delay and they immediately reversed the interest. their customer service executives are always polite and helpful and always they will call u when u lodge a complaint regarding anything. so far I have had a very pleasant experience with them and would definitely recommend icici bank to others as well. I fail to understand why it has such a low rating on mouthshut.com I hope with my review the ratings receive a good shot in the arm.
