Here is my view on ICICIbank.com website.
First, I would like to point out that this review directory is about the website icicibank.com and NOT ABOUT ICICI BANK.
I see 3 out of 5 reviews irrelevant.

The first two against ICICIbank and last is for ICICIbank.
Please be clear that this is for ICICIbank.com website...and not for bank.
Now going to the details...
I have used (some still using) following bank's website...
ICICI bank
UTI bank
SBI
HDFC bank
CITI bank
HSBC
ING bank (International)
KBC bank (International)
Of all the above mentioned banks, including the two international banks, to me, ICICIbank.com stands first.
Some banks have advantages like for e.g
HSBC offers RSA token based security for login credentials....
CITIbank provides mouse-input password box to avoid keystoke tracker....
KBC bank have KEY file customised to user and you need the keyfile in your local computer to login...
Other than this, feature wise, I see ICICIbank.com stands first.
Also, in general, few banking sites have some features which may not be available in other site..
But overall, I see that ICICIbank.com have most of the features...
Here are the features it has:
Seamless integration of all accounts with ICICI in single interface. You can link various accounts like term-deposit account, loan account, demat account, savings and or current account, credit card account
Free SMS alert if the transaction on saving / current a/c is above Rs. 5000. This facility is available in other banking sites but at nominal fee...But ICICIbank.com provides it for free....Just register your mobile in the website and thats it....
Free SMS alerts on credit cards for due date reminder, approaching credit limit and payment made...
Along with SMS, you have option of habing e-mail too...This too needs to be registered in the website.
Linking of loan account is almost not available in any of the banks.
You can open fixed deposit and recurring deposit without even visiting the branch. Other banks (For Eg UTI) would require you to come to branch physically to sign the application.
Cheque transacitons: Ultimate....You can request for cheque book online, you can inquire the status of the cheque and even stop the cheque online for FREE. Other banking sites like UTI, HDFC etc too have this facility. International sites simply do not have this facility.
You can apply for Demand Draft / pay order which would be delivered to you at nominal fee....So is the case with UTIbank and other banks.
You can recharge your prepaid-mobile account online....
For Demat account too, other than the basic transactions, you can completely avoid visiting the branch. You can request for TIFD online and can place e-instructions online. This is only available in ICICIbank.com only...No other banks provide this facility.
The mobile banking is absolute wonder. You can know the balance and even do shopping using mobile. By sending SMS, you can simply do shopping...Though I dont prefer to do so...May be some people might find it useful.
If you are internet share trader, this is an ideal website. This mixes well with ICICIdirect.com and the demat and savings account from ICICIbank.com. The other bank that provides this feature is HDFC.
Other than this, I like to add that after you raise a online service-request, you will get response in a day and the solution the next day. For some problems, atleast there would be solution in 3 days.
In banks such as UTI bank, the response itself takes 2/3 days and then they would proceed with solving problems.
