Service at ICICI banks looks great in starting stages. When the time comes, then we will realize that, this bank is full of frauds and there is no authority to look into.
I have a ICICI bank savings account and I use to operate from last 6 months, in starting stages they are not bothering about the minimum balance and other service charges.
After 3 months, Due to some financial crisis, my account got Zero balance for about 15 days. After that I use to maintain enough balance in my account. Recently I found that my account got deduction of Rs 1500/- for the insufficient of minimum balance.
I rush to the bank to know about the issue, there is no coordination between employees and simply they said It might happen by mistake and we will refund the amount in your account with in 5 working days.
Now it is almost 30days, still I am waiting for my refund amount, I don't have enough time to keep on follow - up.
What My intention is, if the corporate banking also become like government banking, then what will be the use to open an account or invest in bonds, equities, etc.
I literally fed up with the ICICI bank service.
