My experience with this bank has reached the point of an outburst. They still live in a world where banking services are an obligation to citizens.
Internal processes, staff accountability & responsiveness conflict with customer expectations.
Do not be influenced by my experience. But if your experience has been the same . decide and move out . let such banks know the value of retail & business banking customer.
