The best part of the experience was their customer relationship which is wonderful & recommended. Their ATM connectivity is awesome as they have ATM? s in almost every nook & corner. Convenient banking for sure.
Quality online service: here is an option to add beneficiary on the ICICI bank mobile application for fund transfer. Savings account service is excellent. For personal loan they collected extra charge and they did not fulfill my commitments. Net banking is good and there are plenty of options.
Timing service: Along with the salary account welcome kit ICCI bank has offered the credit card. For banking ICIC bank is good. I don't' have to stand int he queue to deposit the amount as they have deposit machines where I can do in five minutes. Also I am getting instant alerts regarding the transaction. They have very good internet bank
Very gud service: verything is online and that is the best part about ICICI bank. Updating the address and phone numbers can be done easily through online instead of walking directly to the branch. I maintain my salary account with this bank for almost 2 years and its going good.
