I'm not sure how this bank is permitted to Operate in India as Largest private bank .The sooner this gets Nationalized, the better for lakhs of consumers for their pathetic consumer service.
My grievience are n'number and I'm still suffering since I do not have sufficient money to repay the loan with all levied charges.But I've agreed myself that I've done a mistake and took oath that , by this year end I would end my nightmares with ICICI.
List is infinite . I will keep them short .
1.I took loan for 23 lakhs. It cost me 28 thousands including the application fee.
2.First they agreed for cheques from any bank, then they said ICICI is must , then again they even agreed for DDs until I open an ICICI account. eventually when I decided not to open ICICI they have levied overdue charges.
3.every month I get calls that I'm due 1 or 2 months even though now I've given them automatic debit form signed , and make sure funds are available in my bank.Probably they are being told to loot as much money.
4.their customer support is full of roudies and goondas who care a damn to listen to your grievances. I've visited bank twice taking full day leave but my experience cannot be described .
Well the zist is avoid this bank and hope all the best for the poor customers still suffering.
