“Very POOR customer service”
This bank has very poor customer service. Most of the managers are responsible for this poor customer service.
They spend more time on KYC than not even properly recording the customer information. They never provide copies of the signed documents with customer signature to customer for future varification. If there are any problems with their systems or poor recording procedures, they provide all sort of excuses, bank regulation procedures, escalation procedures without resolving the issue in a timely manner.
