ICICI bank has set a benchmark in the field of banking. The multinational banking and financial services company has a lot of services on offer. Not only does it provide best in class service within its branch premises, it also goes a mile ahead with its internet and mobile banking services that offers its customer to keep their transactions in their fingertips.
It has a number of ATMs installed within definite milestones and its never a surprise to find one when you need one. Within 3 km radius from my home, there are atleast 3 ATMs present and even during demonetization it was performing to its full capacity. The i-mobile app works like a charm and helps me track and manage my transactions at will and with ease.
The customer care service is definitely worth a praise. They always pick your call without any waiting time and provide resolution within no time. I have a PPF account and demat account with ICICI bank and I am very much satisfied with their services.
