This February 2017 I opened an account in this bank and I like the service they provide us. Its almost 9 months I am customer of ICICI and I am happy and satisfied with its service.
Staff is very cooperative and helpful. They explain things in very calm way. At the same time they give us a welcome kit and it contain cheque book of 10 leaves, debit card and mobile banking and internet banking pins.
Card is accepted all over india as well as internationally. I used it for transaction abroad and it was very smooth.
Right now I am having a saving bank account.
Monthly maintaining balance is 10000/- rupees to open an account they ask us to deposit 25000/-
I recommend it to people who want hazel free and smooth banking.
