I took a policy from Mantosh Jha from ICICI Pru life at the time of taking policy I requested for Medical report copy to be handover to me, without handover the copy they increase the policy premium and asked me to pay more I made the payment and asked for the report based on which diagnosis they raised the amount, its been now a more than month nobody responded on this with proper way, customer care helpline no: 1860-266-7766 is no use when u called they will ask u to send email and when u emailed them no body will respond properly, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY POLICY FROM THIS PERSON \ICICI BECAUSE WRONG COMMITMENT AND OF NO USE.
AFTER COMPLETION OF 30 DAYS THEY WILL SAY LOCKING PERIOD OF RETURNING POLICY IS COMPLETED SO NO REFUND, I DECIDED TO NO TO PAY THE PREMIUM FROM NEXT YEAR AND GO FOR SOME GOOD FIRM LIKE LIC AT LEAST ITS HASSLE FREE
