Seems they have enough of customers, I sadly have a credit card of them and more unfortunately had to update my contact no. for this my ordeal started on 15th October and it still continues. It started with:
I called customer care he asked me to visit branch.
I visited sector 10A the person on helpdesk was least helpful and asked me to mail customer.care@icici and was almost fuming in anger when I asked him to give me the id in written.
mailed to customer care they again asked me to visit branch.
again visited sector 10a branch again then'mr. nohelp' sitting at helpdesk asked me mail customer care when I insisted he directed me to other desk. the other person also advised me the same and then on my insitance he filled my KYC form with credit card and id proof copy and told it would be done in 24 hours. but it never happened.
then I called customer care again on 25 october and he seeming gave me a fraud complaint no. SR288378231 for which I was told something would be done.
NOW THEY HAVE WORKED MORE THAN REQUIRED BY UPDATING MY NO. ON SOMEONE'S OTHER CREDIT CARD ALSO. GETTING PAYMENT ALERTS FOR THAT ONE TOO
