Best Private Bank. Review on ICICI Bank

I am writing this review after 6 years of banking with ICICI bank. My experience with this bank is too good. I can definitely say that its one of the best trustworthy private sector bank in India. Its the first bank to register in NYSE stock exchange.

My first employer has helped me to open salary account in this bank in 2012. Till then I am using its services. Starting from service availability, ATM availability, Internet banking, customer support, Phone banking support, APP user friendliness and the list goes on.

Lets come to the first point:

Customer Service: It is the first parameter people are looking for. Here ICICI bank is too good to serve their customer. I am sharing one of my experience here. Due to the ATM fault of UBI bank, I withdraw Rs- 10000/- from my ICICI bank debit card but the money didn't came out from the machine, I report to the ICICI bank immediately by calling their customer care, within 24 hrs they refunded my money back. Too prompt service it is. Their customer executives are so good to handle their customer that you can surely have trust on them.

Internet Banking: Life now is in our palm. Internet banking is so helpful now a days that you need not go the bank, everything you can do using the internet banking platform. ICICI bank IB is so user friendly and customized that one can use it without having any guidance. You can request check book, transfer money, view credit card, loans, Demat each and everything. Beside that it is very much secure too. During the time of money transfer OTP generates which ensures that only the verified user using this transaction.

ATM Availability: Total ATM count for this bank is around 15000 across India that means in metro city max places they have ATM which ensures that you dont need to face problems to withdraw money from other branches.

Miscellaneous: I have so much trust with this bank that I am using its credit card, Demat & Trading account with ICICI securities too. And their services are also too good. ICICI bank offers platinum credit card where you dont need to pay any yearly charges and the limit set is account to your income, the monthly payment you can pay through you internet banking once you add the credit card details in you internet banking account also you can check the outstanding bills, usages etc through it. It is too simple.

Also is you have any loan with this bank(like I have: Personal Loan) you can link it with its internet banking and toy can check amortization schedule, you can view and download interest certificate, disbursement details etc also you can preclose the loan through this.

Also through internet banking you can navigate into your trading account if you have so using you ICICI securities id and password. Also if you have raised any service request like address change, branch switch, cheque book request etc you can view the request through internet banking. In one word its like an umbrella where you get all the solution.

Coming to the in branch experience: as all the private banks have the ambiance of all its branches are very good, staffs are too much polite to help you in any matters. My base branch is at Rajarhat Gopalpur Suddha Pines in Kolkata(I switch the base branch from Kolkata RN Mukherjee road to here). In my first visit when I go to collect my new EVM chip card they helped me to call their customer care to block the previous card and unblock the new one.  Also after unblocking the card they suggested me to generate the ATM pin from their ATM, their the ATM guard told me how to generate the new pin though I know but he said its his duty to aware the person generating the new pin from their machine. How generous they are just think about that. I felt awesome to have such king of service from the bank personnel.

I think such kind of services help ICICI bank to make a big customer base around India. I am very satisfied with this services. Thank you Maam Chanda Kochhar to make it possible.
