I went to the nearest branch of icici bank few days ago to open an account. So, I was told that you require more than ten thousand rupees to open an account here. I am a student and how can I keep this much cash at a time in the bank. So, I decided not open account there. The staff of the bank was very rude towards its customers and wasn't cooperating many other customers also. There was not proper facilities to seat and drinking water in the bank. There were only few Window counters and many of them were vacant as the person in charge of that position was not present there for many hours. If this is the sceanae why should I open an account there. This is the real scenario of icici bank.
