Icici bank - am the customer of this bank from 2001. When I started my carrier, I got a salary account from this bank and staying with the same company and the same bank. Am not going to say their charges which are totally hidden from account holder, thats a different story. But the customer service people are trained, how to behave worst with customers, how to misguide the customer, and to speak rude and arrogant. Hats off to ICICI trainees.!
If you need any support and any help, you should not call customer care, by any chance if you call them you will get 100% wrong information am sure. I reside in Hasthinapuram, Chennai. So a week before, I had an urgency in transaction, so I went to Hasthinapuram branch. They routed to customer care number to contact, and customer care people asked me to contact branch. The transaction which should be completed within 10mins of time, took 3 hours after my non stop fight with the bank employees.
I have given my request to my office to change the bank account to some other better bank. The worst bank in this world.
