Ever heard of anyone sending you an invitation and the declining it....ICICI does that....and proudly enough to justify their act. I am asking them for the last one month, that why did they even invite me....and they have no answer to it.
This bank invited me to a Platinum card. I thought after 4 years of relationship, a corp gold card, one SB account, two car loans and one home loan, it was fair enough for the bank to send me an invitation. However, after about a month, I get to know that the application was declined...
They do not have any justification (of the invite) and the courage the team has to tell any customer that no manager can respond to the query....is commendable. I would not have given any ratings above...if the system permitted to.
I asked the team to cancel my existing card and they gladly did it....not once did anyone try to retain me as a customer. This means ICICI has grown bigger than its customers or investors...come'on people...let;s show them who is BIG...
