I feel this review is:
Icici is the worst bank ever. Zero customer service, their customer care number is wrong on the app. To activate a credit card it took me a week! Full of false commitments and zero ethics to deal with customers. I am in the process of closing down my bank account with icici. I wish I could give a negative rating coz they don't even deserve one star! Very disappointed. Pls don't EVER start an account with them.
