I have salary account in ICICI and I must say this bank try each effort to deduct money through unknown charges.
last time I bought some product by redeemed packback points and later after I recieved the product. some days later they deduct 110 rs from my account.
when I called customer care they told me that I had redeem payback points to buy a product and same redumbtion charges are being dedcuted.
I was surprized and argue that the product itself doesnt look like 100 rs piece and he told me that I cant do that.
I beleive such charges should be well written where person redeem there points.
the bank want to steal some by whatever means .
this is not the only time I am cheated, previoustly also 2 years before they deducted 400 rs from my account and when I called customer care they agreed that the amount has been deducted wrongly and will be refunded shortly. I called back to back for a month and no amount refunded, I finally accept my defeat.
its not my choice but I have no option as it is salary account.
