ICICI Bank services STINK, its not the First time I have faced issues with them, no wonder their Shareholders have deserted them.
I had applied for my wife cheque book on 26th Dec through Phone Banking, they told me that I would receive the same in maximum 9 days.
I am still waiting for the same, I have since then called their Phone Banking 4 times. they gave me the courier details and asked me to follow up with the Courier Company myself (thay gave me the telephone no of Sigma Courier as 24035308)
All attemts to reach them failed as the number is constantly busy, today I finally reached them and they said I need to call their HO at Kandivali (42017000). They expect me to follow up with the courier company and all complaints have fallen on deaf ears, they simply refuse to take any action whatsoever. I am completely fed up of this bank and will move my account and accounts of my family members to some other bank.
I would just like to say this that ICICI BANK IS THE WORST BANK THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT, THEY HAVE NO EMPOWERMENT OF ANY KIND. THEY SHOULD SACK ALL YOUR PHONE BANKING EXECUTIVES AND SAVE THE PRECIOUS SHAREHOLDERS MONEY.
