This is one of the worst banks in India. Be very careful with any sort of dealings with them except its a salary account. Don't even allow a representative to talk about the loans, if you are looking for any sort of loans like home loan or auto loan or personal loan.
If you are opting for floating rate, there is only increase of the interest rate and never expect a decline. Even if they decline, its only for the new customers.
They give all possible wrong informations by person and even in the web site about the products they offer.
I took credit card from ICICI bank looking at the bonus points saying some 10 points for every 200/- shopping. But I get only 1 point for every 200/-. When raised the concern giving the web page where I saw it, I got a call from many many executives and all of them said the same answer. None of them resolved the issue though, all they said is you have to shop for lakhs to get this offer, else u vl get only 1 point. There is no where in the web page talking about this T & C and there was not even a* mark and saying "terms and conditions apply".
I gave up as I got calls from atleast 10 guys from icici speaking the same thing.
