I got associated with ICICI bank 8 years ago for the purpose of opening my salary account as my employer only offered salary through bank transfers that too with ICICI only. This was my beginning with ICICI.
ICICI bank functions in a ideal manner in which a bank should function. I never had to waste my time on any unnecessary trouble despite having a high transaction rate. Their customer service is very professional, supportive and helpful. The response time is also very quick.
Even their internet banking and m-banking facilities are way better than other banks. Doing transactions through their online portal is very safe, secure and quick. During any online transaction you go through various security measures which ensures that your data and money are in safe hands.
Only concern is their ATM's. ATM service of ICICI bank is like that of any other bank, non reliable.
Still, I would recommend this bank for any of your banking needs. You can trust ICICI bank to do a wonderful job.
