Hi Friends,
I recently purchased a new flat in Delhi, and applied for home loan to ICICI bank (DSA - Metels, G.K. I). Little did I know that I am going to make the biggest mistake of my life.
The DSA (Mr. Uppal) is a Ph.D. in making false promises, he promised me an interest rate of 9% for 15 years, and said that the loan will be disbursed within 5 days.
Then the trauma began, they kept me waiting for 20 days, and keep asking for new documents every day. And then when I finally got my sanction letter, interest rate on it was written as 9.75%, a cool difference of 500 bucks in my EMI. And to top it all if I don't pay up the amount within 4 days, I stand to lose my booking amount. I don't know what to do?
I am writing this mail and forwarding it to all of you, plz keep forwarding it to all of your friends, so that nobody else also suffer as I did.
