ICICI Bank is not interested in customer Small or Big, My company has an corporate account with the Bank, they do not serve you nor they are interested if you do less business with them, they do not have adequate / trained / knowledgeable staff to handle customers, they are only interested in HNI clients, we deposit our employees salary via ICICI, after giving all the instruction for salary credit, they take more then 2 days to do the needful.
ven they do not inform us incase their is a problem, even if we follow up, they ask us to come again & again. For every small query we have to wait 20 -30 min in the back with token, For corporate accounts they do not have Managers to handle queries
Lots of time we have approached the seniors but to no reply, Their online Complain section is worthless, just trails of emails & no out put. My recommendation what so ever Happens never Bank with ICICI
