I feel this review is:
Pathetic experience at Mulund lbs marg branch. They have taken 15 days to open a buddy PPf account. They don't even know which form to be filled for account opening. They treat their customers like dogs. While a cross India all the banks r supporting common people ICICI is not coping with the pace. When you can't manage customer why the hell you are asking customer to open new account.
