I am a customer of icici bank. I opened an account fascinated
by the group performance.being from a reputed group the service one expects should be of high order.icici is known
for customer and investor friendliness.both icici and icici bank are headed by well known experts in their field.their service to customers of late has become very poor.one has to wait in long ques to draw their own money.monthly statements have been delayed or not sent at all.but now they
send statements only quarterly.monthly statements are charged
the staff attitude to customers is not to expectations.it functions more like a government institution.if same facilities are provided to sbi or vijaya bank or bank of
baroda they will work wonders.this is my experience and many
may have such or different experiences.readers please let me know your sincere views on my review.
