ICICI Bank a private organisation which operates for its own profit rather considering the customer satisfactions & needs, I had a bad experience with the bank when I went to deposit amount to my brother account on a saturday there were a time before closer . the amount has to be deposited on cash deposit machines.
On that day they have partially closed the door I have entered through it I was stopped by a person and asked for reason I explained they said the cod was not working and I came out; at that time another person entered to the bank for cash deposit(costly customer) he operated the cash machine on notice that incident and went to the bank asked for the reason for false information from the bank member but there where no response from the bank side.
I came back I deposited the amount to another bank account by receiving the detail.While most of the bank have cod machines along with atm centers The ICICI bank have only inside their bank
