My debit card was blocked abruptly on 24th Feb'15 without even calling me . After several follow ups from my side I came to know that due to some skimming activity my account was blocked and a new card has been issued . To be noted icici not even called me up for any explanation not even confirmed my address where they will be sending the new debit card.
I must tell my salary also got blocked in that but these customer care executives have no accountability. After following up with again some incompetent customer executive I updated my new communication address so that my debit card reaches me but alas this is the frustating icici which should never be trusted. They couriered it to the old address .such losers.imagine my situation with no money for a week .as all my salary was in this stupid account.
For proof why dont some high officials take some responsibilty and listen to the various call recordings which I had with your irresponsible customer executives.and fire them for irresponsibly sending my debit card .I can sue ICICI for this but having time constraint atleast I can pledge never to use ICICI again . There are some good competitors in the market citi bank, axis, sbi etc for you and for me to have hassle free banking.
