Dear Fellas,
On a serious ground - Did ICICI Bank shut down all it's Customer Service centers recently? My guess is YES! Don't be surprised, please go through the below email thread and you will also agree with me. more than 8 emails in the last 20 days to ICICI Customer Care, Head Service Quality, Nodal Officer & Senior General Manager - Quality...however not even a single reply! What else should I believe? That all these folks are on a long vacation without access to their mailbox! Please read on...

Seriously, is the customer care still functioning? Or as a part of current costcutting measures, have you shut down it completely. I have been sendingemails to you for more than a month now and hardly find any response.For the below thread, no response in 10 days!

Thisis ridiculous that I have not got any reply even after more than 10emails being sent out on this simple issue! 3 SRs have been generated(SR87662453, SR87662832, SR88753360) and so far you guys don't evencare to open your mailbox and read the email! Customer Care, is thiswhy ICICI is paying you all - to show show your arrogant attitude tocustomers? Or not turning up at all to the emails? Has the customercare became non-operative these days?
You guys are worst in the Industry and there is no way your quality of service can deteriorate beyond this level!

Nowthis is the limit! How many times I have to provide the below details?Dont you have these detais tagged to the SR I mentioned? I have alreadymailed all these details from the same email ID and Customer Careofficer has responded back with details. Now after 3 weeks you arecoming back and asking for the same details? Does it means apparentlynothing has happend so far with the request I have placed?
Man, I am not asking for any loan from your, just want to get ridof this bank by closing personal loan. Have already sent across paymentinstruction and all other details you have asked for.
FYI, ifyou were not able to reach me, why didn't you just leave a voicemessage with your direct extension so that I can call you back? I haveclrealy mentioned the timings I will be available on this number. Onceagain, it is regulat Esatern Standard Time.

Hello,
Irequire your immediate response on this case. I have requested topreclose my personal loan LPCHE00009139394 more than 3 weeks back bycalling Customer Care and later sending out email from my registeredemail address. After necessary verifications, I was provided with theamount to e paid. I have sent ECS mandate form and other documents aweek back via email and have not heard anything back till now.
I have marked few emails to headservicequality@icicibank.comon this regard, but have not heard anything back so far! This is sofrustrating and irritating as all my experiences with ICICI bank aremoving from worse to worst! This time I just want the loan to be closedand have already made payment instructions, still what's holding on youfrom closing the loan and sendind me confirmation?
At least 5 times I have written that I am in the USA now andprovided my new contact number, so far I have not got any call. Insteadeverytime they just blindly mention that unable to reach me. This isridiculous and I need to know whom do I need to escalate other than headservicequality@icicibank.com to get rid of this problem.
If my problem is not solved in anothe 2-3 days, I am going tocirculate the entire email threads between me & ICICI Bank'sofficers and make people know how much ICICI Bank cares for it'scustomers! I have no other choice when even headservicequality is notresponding to the emails.
