I feel this review is:
ICICI is the leader among all the private sector banks in India. I was a Bank of Rajasthan customer. When it was taken over by ICICI Bank I thought I may have to close this account because of its charges but I was wrong. The charges in comparison to services are very nominal. They also not changed my minimum balance amount. I am really impressed with the website and mobile banking application. I found the application very user friendly and has many features. It is very easy to find ICICI bank's branch and ATM in the city area. I am customer of ICICI Bank for last 8 years. Customer Service is also good as compared to other banks but its not toll free. Every time I have to pay around 10-20 rupees for a query. They can improve in this area.
