I am writing this review after going thru tremendous trauma and pain.
Whether it is Banking, Credit card, Insurance. I have seen them all. You will experience the worst customer service from ICICI. They levy charges like crazy and they do not bother about the customer, for ICICI customer is just a prey. ICICI will drink your entire blood and leave you exhausted.
You will get fedup with them and ultimately the customer gives up and finally the customer end up paying this blood s*cking bank of your hard earned money.
And never ever use ICICI credit card, they charge you Rs.600 as late payment charge and then a wopping interest charges. The amount payable will become from Rs.3000 to Rs.25, 000 in just 3 months. ICICI levies approximately Rs.10, 000 per month.
Also, If you are a credit card customer, you will get a call from ICICI for availing insurance, and even if you say you dont want it, ICICI will charge your credit card with the insurance premium and you have to go to ICICI Lombard to cancel the policy, even then the policy will not be cancelled and after several trips to the branch for few months, the card will be cancelled after debiting foreclosure charges. For this the credit card would have already charged service charges and late payment charges which the credit card person will no revert.
If you want to go for a roller coaster ride and meet several irresponsible customer service agents and you have ample free time, then become ICICI customer.
