At last there is a bank who really cares & give full value to customer service.I am extremely happy with various schemes,speedy service & very friendly behaviour of the staff.Also their ATM service is excellent with so many ATMs around.I hope they bring in a revolution in personal banking which other govt.controlled banks at least can watch & feel inferior in heart.
I feel they should now really go to distant villages & enlighten the small traders ,farmers ,workers about bright side of savings & make personal banking very easy to them so that common public in the lower rung can develop interest in savings & can make their future a bit more secured
