I am suprised by ICICI BANK Cred824it card team, as yesterday I had received Cred824it Card statement for charges pf 4th year membership fees. I have deactivated ICICI Bank Cred824it Card last year only but still they are generating their membership fees without checking whether I am still member or not.
This is big example of how they are working with the closed eyes.
I would like to tell everyone that please check your monthly statement carefully since you might never know what all charges they charged from you.
Advice to @ICICI Bank: Have a look into my case and check your system carefully how you guys generate statement without having any checks and control.
Also I must say phone banking facility is also very poor as customer cannot contact directly to the CC team as they have instered too many options in order to confuse customers.
I would not recommed anyone to use ICICI Bank Cred824it Card.
