They are too much in to selling their services than providing you better service. I have been assigned personal wealth manager - he is barely of any use. I end up going to bank or spending my time on phone for hours:(.
First thing the guy did was to introduce a portfolio manager to me. I learnt the lesson hard way by investing and losing my money based on the advise of this portfolio manager. My fault anyways:(
I was trying to get my credit line improved. In spite of having 3 accounts with decent deposits, the bank did not increase my credit line. The wealth manager is no where in picture to help me here. Looking at switching my bank very soon.
