Filpkart EMI and ICICI Bank Credit card- DON'T DO. Review on ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card

I have submitted a complain for my statement mismatch. The reference number is : SR259954062

I have not received any reply for this.Please do  the need full, below I'm explaining the problem.

Please see below statements, I have cancelled 2 flipkart orders for 16, 999 and they were credited back correctly. Now suddenly from last month you stared debiting those old credits.

This is the refund of Flipkart order no  OD21207170637 on 7th Dec.(Transaction time as per the transaction alert email is : December 07, 2012; 17:13:56 hr)

Now from last month you started debiting again for Flipkart
