ICICI Card is Very Bad . Review on ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card

I was levied a charge of Rs300/- for late payment. The Reason I got the charge was due to the fault of the ICICI Credit Cards Section. I had a old silver credit card which was replaced by a new Blue Card. My Old Card had an auto-balance feature due to which my account used to get debited whenever the payment used to be due. Since my card was converted from silver card to blue card it should have had the auto-balance feature since the new card was exactly as per my old card except that it was a domestic card and not a international card. But when the card was converted they did not mention whether the auto-balance feature was enabled or not. Since my new card had the same features as my old card I thought that the auto-debit feature has been enabled for the card. So I made my purchases without making payment for the month. Later when my account was not debited I checked with the customer service centre asking them why my account was not debited. They then informed that the auto-debit feature had not been enabled for my new card and u need to make the payment. So when the payment was made they levied me a charge of Rs300/-. This was the strategy of the ICICI Cerdit Card section to levy charges by purposely not enabling the feature. I would suggest that No one should opt for ICICI Card. I think it's a better option to go for something like HDFC or any other credit card company which does not levy late payment charges. On one more instance when I had informed the customer service to redeem my points he forgot and the gift never received . They gave loads of excuses after that.
