I would appreciate it if you would consider this issue on priority basis & let me know that why no one even bothered to call me, as it has been 20 long days since I filled the application for ICICI Credit Card & now while I am checking this online as I hold salary account with ICICI BANK by clicking on apply now that the application has been denied. As you will see from an examination of my CREDIT history, I have made payments in a consistent and timely fashion to all the other banks & have a perfect CIBIL.
I believe I deserve to have an ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD. I am also holding CITIBANK, SBI & HDFC credit cards with a Handsome Credit limit.
This is the first time some bank has denied me a credit card which is really shocking to me & I want the reason for that before I go ahead & put blogs on social sites regarding the same.
(The above was the mail that I wrote to the heads of the ICICI Bank & now I am still waiting any response)
This is really not done as I am still waiting for any response from your side. I received a phone & the person who called dint even knew about the situation. I cannot believe how can Bank like ICICI can be that irresponsible, the guy who called me said he will call back after checking the same. But it has been over 10 days no one called me back with the details. And over the phone he also mentioned that ICICI Bank is processing my card . But I haven't received any mail or message not even a call back. Even after writing mail to heads the situation remains worse.
My elder brother is holding a credit card with your bank ending with .1004, I have even suggested him to go ahead cancel the card with such an irresponsible bank. And also makes an appeal to the other people to be carefully dealing with such an irresponsible bank. Get this checked. And revert back at the earliest.
