I took rubyx credit card and it turned out that statment is having a diff password what they mention to try(ur name+DOB combo) .
You can not imagine what trouble I went through just to see my statement.i called customer care: not reachable.
I do not know but it never connects. I went to branch twice waited in queue and answer I get is we can not help.plz call from your number to cust care.
I mailed them and their reply is pretty static: your are not reachable and we will get back to you in 3 working days. Such a pathatic /lethargic customer service
in this cut throat time.
I am out after paying late charges which is also my fault etc but I dont care.I just dont want to deal such shitty people and recommond anyone not to go for it.
