I recently started using ICICI banks credit card services and got to know that these guys will do everything to sell it to you if you depicts a little bit of interest in credit card. they will manipulate their offers and will not give you the clear picture.
There is no any verification process where things like services and it's benefits can be cross checked they only verify your personal and professional details and will allow you to use their credit card services.
Once you starts using credit card services they will start making you on every transaction as per their terms and condition which customer does not know properly.
Customer care will not help you in all this they only will guide you all their policies and all which will not help you out.
Different cards are having difference charges but some time charges will be different on paper on which you sign and they committed you on call. In all their process you will feel cheated only.
