Basis my recent experience of ICICI Bank's Credit Card service I was quiet surprised and shocked that how easily ICICI proved to be the worst customer experience provider ever.
I wrote, requested and awaited reply to an email and resolution for a month and guess what ICICI just doesn't bother replying to simple concerns of being its customer for 4 years.
I have never delayed a single credit card payment and neither ever called the customer care for a waive off until I genuinely had a reason for delay and in a single shot I cleared my balance off. The bank asked me for proof of delay and hospital bills proving I underwent a surgery of my right knee basis which they WOULD THEN FORWARD TO SENIOR LEVEL FOR A REVERSAL OF CHARGES.
I was shattered for my LOYALTY towards ICICI and realized that honestly and loyalty are just some words never valued. Why would I call and ask for it unless it meant something.
On the other hand when people lie over getting reversal of charges its vague that HONESTY today has no basis for anything. Hence never choose ICICI bank for any of your future services and prefer HDFC any day over it.
Thank you ICICI you just earned yourself an amazing review from my heart and honestly and also WILL NEVER USE ANY ICICI SERVICES BE IT ACCOUNT, INSURANCE OR ANY OTHER HORRIBLE SERVICES YOU PROVIDE AND CORPORATE SPECIALLY DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH ICICI BANK.
