I would like to bring unto some body's notice who really can help me.
Apart from the bitter experiences I had regarding the service, I have another problem
I made one transaction @ Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad on 06Oct08 but it relfected as two transactions for an amount of 19500/-; in sense bank in asking m e to pay 19500+19500/-
I raised a complaint on this on 12Oct; bank took more than 180 day to resolve thoug it is supposed to resolve within 60 days.
now bank is palying with my life and not even willing to consider my complaint, they are passing the ball to s everal contact points.first I approached @ 23128000 and they told me to write to custoemr care and n ow customer care is asking me to contact chargeback dept. but as such I am the victim; customer care is useless in my case, that is the height of the customer care dept of icicibank.
under these circumstances, can ony one help me how to proceed further? pl guide me.
above all, I was told by Sahid(executive) and anoop(Cusotmer care manager) available @ 23128000, there were two dipute transactions against my card, one resolved favoring bank and another resolved favoring me. but bank is not willing to give me that credit and the resons are not disclosed to me.
Please some one guide me how to come out of this hell and avoid paying double the amout of a transaction. you may reach me at(0)9985555799. Please help.
