I have been a customer of ICICI bank for a very long time & was fully satisfied with their service till recently.
i had recd a flier with my card statement which showed some gift & products in black & white.Of the items listed there was set of 5 bags & that could be had for 2850 pts. Trusting the brand name ICICI, I called them up & asked for a set of the 5 in 1 bag.The parcel arrived as per schedule.When I opened the parcel I was shocked to see a set of bags of such poor quality , which I wouldn't take for free let alone forego 2850 credit points.When I called them up they asked for the complaint by mail , which I sent promptly. But after a series of continuous phone calls all I got was" sorry sir , nothing can be done".
So with great remorse I have decided to cancel all my cards with ICICI. I would rather be without a credit card, than have one from an organisation which has no regard for customer satisfaction.
