ICICI Kingfisher card - Desperate measures. Review on ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card

Icici has tied up with Kingfisher for a card that gives 5 free tickets. We are two people who signed up

1. They promise you joining fee waiver and annual fee waiver if you spend more than an amount. But 3 weeks after getting the card, I was told that there will be no waiver. ACTION: Please get any discount in writing

   
   




2. Call center is nice so long as there is no trouble. They are well trained to snuff out any complaint or redressal and will direct you to a site contact - which never works. Try it on the main site and actually try to complain

   
   




3. My wife is an ICICI wealth management customer. Even she was cheated. Het wealth manager is now apoplgetic about the reversal promise which she also made

   
   




4. Kingfisher is dying. The free tickets are worth nothing as they dont have seats on any sector you want to go.

   
   




5. No one I know(on the web too) has got a free ticket
