I took the SBI irctc credit card since I book train tickets very regularly thru Internet. SBI credit card service is very poor. The website is down for most of the times or very very slow. Once, even thought I gave right password, my account got locked. It was tough time for me to get it unlocked.
The rewards that they give are of no use for most of the cases. We get reward points only if we book above 3AC which is very rare for a middle class person. Instead, one can go for flights. There were even charges that were not informed earlier.
There is no response to the mails that we send to them regarding the transactions. I never recommend this card to anyone. I even heard of non-delivery of bills to my friends. They sometimes miss our payments and cancel the credit cards without the mistake from our side.
